- Line of Equity – considering.
- Handicap ramp – approved. Needs to be done.
- Deal with KPIT’s legal letter on parking lot.
- CPA needed. Working on it.
- Replace Fire Control Panel & Electric Room Door, etc. Contracts approved, needs to be done.
- Ace Cleaning – we want estimates from other companies.
- Upcoming Budgeting. Athena working on it.
- We need to have people put in names for the board.
- September Seal Coat for parking lot? We have a reserve for it.
- Concrete staining/painting – have an estimate. Should we put on hold in case KPIT decides we need to remove?
- Need Zoom/webstream for meetings
- Earn more interest on our reserves.
- Inspect all drain lines?
- Dryer vent estimates requested Aug. 18.
Future (in no particular order):
- Get everyone living here domiciled – we have people living here without knowing who they are. Very bad for an emergency.
- Get all the ESAs registered.
- Security Cameras.
- Trash Room Doors, Main & 2 floors.
- Elevator room door/storage room door?
- Landscaping.
- Trash Room Floor – Exterminators recommended painting to keep out bugs, need to consult with them for which.
