To Do List as of: Monday, June 1

  1. Fix Drain line from roof to go to canal. Shawn & Sons will be doing.
  2. Fix damage down by #1.
  3. Concrete by trash room and elevator room done.
  4. Handicap ramp tiling & retile lobby.
  5. Fix the expansion joint/water as per structural engineer. Waiting for more proposals.
  6. Stairway tread paint for safety.
  7. Get Zoom/webstream for meetings.
  8. Earn more interest on our reserves.
  9. Inspect all drain lines?
  10. Need to move all cardboard around tiles out of trash room.
  11. Sealcoat parking lot.

Future (in no particular order or year to do):

  1. Restatement of Declarations
  2. Get everyone living here domiciled – we have people living here without knowing who they are. Very bad for an emergency.
  3. Get all the ESAs registered.
  4. Trash Room Doors, Main & 2 floors.
  5. Elevator room door/storage room door?
  6. Landscaping.
  7. Trash Room Floor – Exterminators recommended painting to keep out bugs, need to consult with them for which.
  8. Catwalk/Stairs flooring.
  9. Update patio, including furniture.
