To Do List as of: Monday, August 18

  1. Line of Equity – considering.
  2. Handicap ramp – approved. Needs to be done.
  3. Deal with KPIT’s legal letter on parking lot.
  4. CPA needed. Working on it.
  5. Replace Fire Control Panel & Electric Room Door, etc. Contracts approved, needs to be done.
  6. Ace Cleaning – we want estimates from other companies.
  7. Upcoming Budgeting. Athena working on it.
  8. We need to have people put in names for the board.
  9. September Seal Coat for parking lot? We have a reserve for it.
  10. Concrete staining/painting – have an estimate. Should we put on hold in case KPIT decides we need to remove?
  11. Need Zoom/webstream for meetings
  12. Earn more interest on our reserves.
  13. Inspect all drain lines?
  14. Dryer vent estimates requested Aug. 18.

 

Future (in no particular order):

  1. Get everyone living here domiciled – we have people living here without knowing who they are. Very bad for an emergency.
  2. Get all the ESAs registered.
  3. Security Cameras.
  4. Trash Room Doors, Main & 2 floors.
  5. Elevator room door/storage room door?
  6. Landscaping.
  7. Trash Room Floor – Exterminators recommended painting to keep out bugs, need to consult with them for which.
